workout: Simple, No Equipment, Interval Workout

You don’t need a whole range of equipment to get in a great, fat torching workout.

Complete all of the exercises one after another and get through 3-5 full rounds as quickly as you can. Rest only when you really need to, the idea is to push yourself here.

Why not try timing yourself and coming back to it again to beat your time.
